Rochester Eye Center wanted to create a new website to reflect a fresh look with ease of navigation and to educate potential customers before they set foot in the office. Since many of the clients and new visitors who come to their website have different concerns about their vision, they wanted to ensure that the website included colors that were vivid as well as images that were appealing and crystal clear. Furthermore, they wanted to ensure that navigation was intuitive and convenient.

Because the new website encompassed a lot of technical information, it was critical that imagery play a role in communication. Finally, they wanted to make it very easy for potential customers to get in touch.

The new website was created with these considerations in mind as well as with a clearly defined strategy to drive visitor conversion and registration.

Leading Results took a growth-driven design approach to the project since it needed to be completed quickly. We first laid out the main goals of the redesign, followed by a comprehensive list of the priorities in terms of functionality, pages that needed to be built, and templates that would be used repeatedly. We began building the website with this list and the creation of each template facilitated the next. The design was flexible and easily editable to grow with the business.

Ultimately, our clients – both Rochester Eye and Coombs Marketing, with whom we partnered for this project – were thrilled with the result. They loved the freshness of the website and their ability to make changes easily without the constant need for a web developer. They had several pre-made templates that they could choose from and alter as needed.
