Let someone else do the heavy lifting

Are you leveraging your current customers’ positive experiences to bring in new business?

There are at least 4 ways to do so:

Case studies

  • In-depth, detailed descriptions
  • Include analytics/details discussing a customer’s problem and how you fixed it
  • Good for businesses with long sales cycles

Customer snapshots

  • Short documents or videos
  • State the customer’s problem, why they chose you to fix it, and how they’re doing now
  • Fewer details than case studies but typically more than testimonials

  • Quotes, paragraphs, interviews, or videos
  • Explains in a customer’s own words how your business helped them
  • Non-technical

  • Customers’ opinions, often using a star-rating system
  • Appear on third-party sites like Google, Yelp, and social media
  • Can’t guarantee good reviews, but considered the most trustworthy

It’s imperative to offer at least one of these options as social proof to bring in more business. To see which ones YOU should be using, read the whole blog here.
