Useful Tips and Tricks to Help You Grow

Inquiring minds want to know. (Why you need an FAQ page.)

Feb 17, 2018 1:30:00 PM

An FAQ (frequently asked questions) page is a way to connect with your customers and answer their most common questions.

An FAQ page:

Saves time

You don’t have to respond to questions individually, and no one has to wait for answers. It also means prospects can get answers without talking to you until they’re ready.

Improves site navigation

An FAQ page can link to other parts of your site – a question about X can link back to X’s page, a question about Z can link to a blog about Z, etc.

Makes Google happy

Well-written FAQ pages have good content and relevant keywords so search engines will rank your site higher.

Update your FAQ page frequently. Writing one from scratch is daunting, but after you’ve established a page, upkeep is simple – every time a customer asks a question, decide if it belongs on your FAQ page.
