Individual Marketing Coaching
Leading Results will work with you and your business to create, install and implement your Duct Tape Marketing System. We can provide this either through personal meetings or via distance coaching.
Using the Ultimate Small Business Marketing System as a guide, we will create a powerful marketing plan, including an action plan, schedule and budget for implementing your plan.
Once your unique plan is created we will meet routinely to keep your plan and scheduled marketing projects moving forward.
The typical coaching engagement is 9 to 12 months long, but there are no long-term commitments when you engage with us.
Fractional VP of Marketing Services
If you need more than a coach to guide junior level staff, Leading Results will take on the role of VP of Marketing by dedicating a staff member to work specifically with you as part of your management team on an ongoing, fractional basis.
We will work with your staff to create, install and implement your Duct Tape Marketing System. While this work is generally performed on-site, it may also be possible to engage with us over distance depending on your corporate locations staffing.
Leading Results and your dedicated staff member will act much as your staff – carrying your business card, managing human resources and budget, working with necessary vendors and freelance personnel to move your marketing plan forward.
Group Coaching
In person or phone coaching with up to 10 small business owners with twice monthly meeting and feedback on submitted materials. We offer various group coaching programs including full cycle support on the Ultimate Marketing System, Social Media training, Nurture Marketing and Existing Customer Marketing programs.
