What We Do
At Leading Results, we offer fractional access to marketing and sales professionals who have “been there” and “done that” for some of the largest technology companies in the world. If you can buy a fraction of a jet airplane, why not purchase a fraction of a top professional’s time on a regular basis.
We can work with you in a couple of different ways.
If you have a marketing staff or resources, and you are simply looking to improve results, we will work with you as a coach or mentor to implement the Duct Tape Marketing system. If you don’t have a marketing staff, or just have very junior team members, we’ll role up our sleeves and dive in as your VP of Marketing on a part-time basis. We’ll help you plan the marketing you need to support your sales goals. Then we’ll work with you to find the vendors or personnel to execute the programs. We’ll manage the program and vendors, measure the results and even do the paperwork for MDF or co-op marketing reimbursement. If required, we even sit in on sales reviews to make sure that your marketing is truly supporting your sales efforts.
The staff at Leading Results gets involved with your company. We’ll even carry your business card if you’d like us to. You get the benefit of our participation on a regular basis – in meetings, managing your vendors (or staff), during planning and strategy sessions – and our focus is on bringing you results from your marketing and sales efforts.
