Referral engine Pro groups are a way for small business owners, independent professionals and sales people to come together in a group setting with a marketing coach to get the feedback they need to actually get their referral marketing system on track.

Some Referral Engine Strategies that we discuss include:

  • Talk with your customers, not at them. Thanks to social networking sites, companies of any size have the opportunity to engage with their customers on their home turf—but the key is listening.
  • The sales team is the most important part of your marketing team. Sales people are the company’s main link to customers, who are the main source of referrals. getting them on board with your referral strategy is critical.
  • Educate your customers. referrals are only helpful if they’re given to the right people. educate your customers about whom they should be talking to.

How it Works

  • Business owners join a group and each member receives the Referral Engine Pro manual as the basis for the group work
  • The group meets via teleconference or in person once a week for 4 weeks (kickoff meeting + 4 coaching sessions)
  • Each session includes an action assignment. Prior to each session all group members are asked to submit their assignment to be distributed to and commented on by each group member and your coach
