In addition to Duct Tape Marketing coaching and mentoring, and our retainer-based fractional VP of Marketing service, we have completed specific project work on behalf of clients that are in need of outside assistance for a one-time project. Sample projects we have completed include:
- Design and execution of channel sales strategy for small ERP add-on solutions developers who offer a range of enhancement solutions for a major small business ERP provider.
- Design and implementation of the existing customer marketing program for a $5m value-added reseller of financial and distribution software.
- Re-design of a $10M interactive media software company’s business model enabling it to acquire an additional $4M in capital to take new product to market.
- Successfully re-model of a $20M network security company’s sales model to more effectively leverage direct and indirect channels against the appropriate markets.
- Analyzed strategy to provide evaluation and guidance to senior management of an infrastructure services vendor in the development and implementation of a VAR strategy for sales to small and medium sized business.
- Developed market sizing and revenue model for a warehouse management software developer, enabling them to more effectively negotiate with a potential acquirer for the purchase of part of their application set.
- Developed and executed the recruiting approach for a grid computing vendor to acquire significant numbers of partner leads for their UK sales strategy.
